If you wish to return an item due to an incorrect size or colour, please contact us first for approval. The item(s) are to be returned within 7 days from the date you received them, in unworn/unused condition with labels and packaging intact. Please contact us for our postal address. A store credit will be issued once we have received the item(s) which will have a 12 month expiry date. The name to who the credit note is issued, must be the the person who spends it either in store or online. We do not accept items for refund or credits for change of mind.
The cost of return shipping is not covered by Kidd & Co and remains the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty. For this reason, we do our best to ensure product descriptions are kept up-to-date and as accurate as possible, we are always happy help with any questions prior to purchase.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE REFUNDED?
Refunds will only be offered for full priced goods and are not available for sale items, discounted items purchased using a promo code or headwear/swimwear, food items (due to health regulations), unless they are faulty. Please note that any payments refunded through Afterpay will incur a 6% admin fee. Shipping will not be refunded, the amount refunded will only be for the price paid of the faulty item. Unfortunately we do not refund item due to change of mind. If an item is faulty please let us know within 3 days of receiving it.
CAN I RETURN SALES ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE?
Refunds, exchange and credits are not provided for sale items, unless they are faulty. Please let us know within 3 days of receiving the item for approval of return.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving we can not cancel or change any order once payment is made. Please contact us BEFORE you purchase if you have any questions about the product you want to purchase. Kidd & Co reserve the right to not cancel an order due to change of mind by the customer.
